Tribal Mountain Trade, London's most unique direct
import store, has been in operation since 1981. Les and
Candy travel Indonesia, Thailand and Mexico to search
out handmade folk art and clothing for the store. Our
purchases are made directly from the artisans, as do
our outside suppliers.  We pride ourselves on fair and
ethical business transactions both home and abroad.

You will find furnishings and decor items, sculptures,
natural fiber clothing, instruments, sterling silver
jewelry, organic bone, horn and wood jewelery,
incense and essential oils, handmade paper products,
beads, wood picture frames and more.

Awaken your senses; touch, smell, see, hear and
experience Tribal Mountain Trade. "Shop where Worlds
and Cultures meet".

Enjoy and thank you for visiting.

Our goal is to bring new and inspiring folk art and artifacts from other cultures for you to
enjoy right here in London, Ontario.  We all live in One World.  That world is comprised of
many different cultures and beliefs.  By providing you with a window into other cultures,
we hope to bring us all closer together through knowledge and understanding.  In the end,
we are not so different.

We love what we do and work hard to earn your respect and support.  We continually learn
new and wonderful things about the artifacts we sell and what they represent both
spiritually and in day to day life. We are  gradually making our research available to you on
our
facebook  page and through printed material in the store.  We always welcome your
input, so don't be shy.  It will serve to aid in the direction of our pursuit.
